My “On Sale” list for Chester County Homes. . .
This is a new addition to the “exclusive” info that I post here at CCREG.com. This is my “On Sale” list of homes. To qualify for this list, each home will have had to have been reduced in price by at least 20% from where it started. So, if you download the $500,000 – $800,000 list, then you know that each home has come down at least $125,000 since listing. The idea of this list is to show you listings that could/should be a fantastic deal and sellers that are very interested in selling.
If you would like to know more details about any of the homes on these lists, such as what price they were initially listed for, just contact me, and I would be happy to get that info for you.
