Meet Chris LaGarde: Realtor, Chester County Home Buyer Specialist
I love everything about Chester County . . . the rolling hills of Highland Township, to the wonderful wooded paths of Marsh Creek, the wonderful fall colors, the snow we get, the wonderfully rich culture and history that exists here,the people . . . everything! That is why my wife and two young sons, Logan and Grayson, have made our home here.
I know and love the area so much and that translates to the service I provide for my clients in the area of Real Estate. As your Realtor®and Residential Real Estate specialist I can personally guide you through the process of determining your needs for your next home, then locating that home, evaluation, negotiation and getting you to the settlement table as smoothly as possible. That’s no small feat with the turbulence that exists in today’s real estate market.
I began my real estate career in early 2006 and have helped more than 60 clients personally since then. I love what I do and I am very passionate about it. In my past life, I focused on marketing, graphic, web and interactive design, having a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Arcadia University. I bring that deep knowledge to The Chris & Caleb Team by helping our selling clients have the most advanced and effective marketing plan that focuses on internet marketing. My buyer’s love it because I can command the internet in a way that greatly benefits them.
I became a resident of Chester County in 1982, going through the Downingtown School System and graduating from Downingtown High School in 1997. I currently reside in the Coatesville area with my wife and 2 young sons. My family and I enjoy boating in the summer and hanging out at the family pool, and skiing and playing games in the winter. I am also very active in my local church, leading music worship as well as co-leading the “Young Marrieds Ministry” there.
