Hello Chester County (and those interested in Chester County Real Estate)! This website/blog is all about Chester County Real Estate and real estate news here in Chester County. As a Realtor that does a lot of business in the Chester County area, I am able to provide you and my clients some incredible insights into what is happening with home values, what homes are for sale in Chester County, what’s going on with foreclosure’s and REO’s, any homes for sale that are great deals.

While I cover all of Chester County Real Estate, I will have a special focus on the Downingtown, West Chester, Exton, Coatesville, Unionville and Great Valley area’s. Meet Chris LaGarde: Realtor, Home Buyer Specialist

I love everything about Chester County . . . the rolling hills of Highland Township, to the wonderful wooded paths of Marsh Creek, the wonderful fall colors, the snow we get, the wonderfully rich culture and history that exists here,the people . . . everything! That is why my wife and two young sons, Logan and Grayson, have made our home here.

Because I know and love the area so much, I feel confident in the services I can offer to you as your personal contact for real estate in and around the Chester County area. As a Realtor and Buyer’s Specialist, I will personally guide you through the process of locating, evaluating and negotiating properties that meet your needs.

I joined the Cindy Dickerman Team in February of 2007 as a Buyer’s Specialist and Marketing Director. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Arcadia University and an Associates Degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Philadelphia. My background in marketing, graphic, web and interactive design adds a fresh wind of creative energy to the Cindy Dickerman Team. I also bring a deep desire to serve the community, which fits right in with the passion that the Cindy Dickerman Team lives by.

I became a resident of Chester County in 1982, going through the Downingtown School System and graduating from Downingtown High School in 1997. I currently reside in Coatesville with my wife and 2 young sons. My family and I enjoy boating in the summer and hanging out at the family pool, and skiing and playing games in the winter. I am also very active in my home church, leading music worship as well as co-leading the “Young Marrieds Ministry” there.
